How is Deepsolver different from the other tools?
To put it very briefly Deepsolver is unique because it’s a mix of the best aspects of solvers and library learning tools. It is quick and convenient as a library app, but, as a solver should, allows for complete freedom in the scenario you would like to study. Times have changed in the past years and quite literally all of the top players are heavily influenced by solvers. Why are the results in Deepsolver different than the tool/solver I’m using?
Before comparing outputs make sure the parameters of the calculation are EXACTLY the same. This means the same exact ranges (libraries provided can differ between tools), sizings (number and %), stack, and pot size.
If despite identical inputs the results are still different know that is completely normal. Solvers have their own unique algorithms with which they achieve their results. There is a variety of ways you can distribute a betting strategy and still reach the same strength (accuracy) of strategy. Two solvers can lean towards different bet sizes and both strategies can have the same level of precision (measured in Nash Distance)

How can I know that Deepsolver’s strategies are good?
We have extensively tested Deepsolver’s strategies measuring their accuracy. We have checked 720 situations using a variety of ranges and boards. The average Nash Distance of our solutions was 0.59%. This level of precision is superhuman, meaning no human could win vs. a strategy of this quality.

How does Smart Tree work?
Smart Tree is a feature that for the given flop suggests two bet sizes for each player that we found to gain the most EV across various stacks and ranges (meaning we ran multiple stacks/ranges for every board and then picked the sizings that were most common among the highest EV ones). It might not give you the highest EV bets for the specific stack and range, but it's a convenient estimate
Can see how the strategy changes on the previous street if I nodelock turn or river?
As each street in Deepsolver is calculated independently it is not possible to retroactively change the previous the street by nodelocking. Therefore unfortunately you can’t e.g. nodelock river and see the adjustments that should be made on the turn for a specific river tendency
Why do I have to wait for each street in the GTOTrainer?
Each street in Deepsolver is calculated live as we don’t use any predefined libraries of solutions. This means you do have to wait a few moments before you can continue the hand, but, unlike other tools, it allows complete freedom when it comes to the scenario you want to practice - you can pick any range, sizing, stack/pot. With most other tools you have to rely on the inputs provided by the service and they do not match the actual tendencies that you will see at the real tables
I have been waiting a long time for my calculation to start
Since each solution in Deepsolver is done live this means in rush hours we can be calculating thousands of requests sent at the same time. This sometimes means increased waiting times for your calculation to start. Rest assured that it will begin as soon as possible.

Why is a decision with a higher EV marked as incorrect in the Trainer?
In perfectly calculated (GTO) solutions this would not be the case, but there are no solvers that provide ideal (0% ND) solutions. Since the frequencies provided by the solver are quicker to converge to the correct values than their EVs they are a better measure of what the solver believes the right decision is. If a solver suggests an action more than 0% that is likely the correct decision. Each action with >0% frequency in theory should have the same EV
How I can access the entire game tree (every possible turn and river)?
Unfortunately with our technology it is not possible as each street/card has to be calculated independently. The upside is you get to calculate a completely new sim in seconds and you are not constricted by a library and can set up your own ranges, sizings, etc. (e.g. studying a strategy from a library with 5 sizings can sometimes be very impractical). The drawback is that you have to run each street to view the results, however it only a brief moment to do so
Can I use Deepsolver while playing?
No. We are very strongly against the use of tools during play (real-time assistance). Suspicious activity can be flagged and investigated and can result in the termination of the account. We encourage the poker community to verify how Deepsolver is used through our tool called Fair Play Check:
